From dermabrasion, chemical peels to photofacial, microdermabrasion skin care has become one of the best and popular cosmetic skin  rejuvenation procedure. Sometimes known as microderm in short, this procedure gently peel off our top layer of dead skin cells by blasting microcrystals on our skin. Next, the crystals and dead skin debris are then removed off from the skin with the microdermabrasion machine vacuuming effect. Once the top layer of dull and dry skin are removed, our new skin underneath has beautiful skin tone and smooth texture. In fact, microdermabrasion skin care has been proven effective in reducing fine lines, wrinkles and in promoting collagen production and new skin cells regeneration.

So do I still need to take care of my skin after the treatment?
The answer is “YES”! Our skin is the largest living and breathing organ of our body. Besides, it protects the “inside” of our body from external environment and eliminates toxins from our body in the form of perspiration. Another function of the skin is that it regulates our body temperature. Of course, there are many other functions performed by our skin on a daily and continuous basis. Hence, even microdermabrasion skin care can help eliminate some of your skin problems, it does not meant to be a form of elixir for your skin.

Usually the first few days after the microdermabrasion skin care treatments, your skin becomes very sensitive to the external environment and you may even experience dryness and itchiness at the same time. Therefore, it is very important to have a sound and basic skin care regime to protect your new skin. Besides, if on-going skin care is done along with microdermabrasion, the results will be even more fantastic!

To many women, microdermabrasion skin care means time consuming and complicated. However, this is not true! The daily 4-step skin care regime tips provides a step by step guide to proper skin care. It is also very important to know your skin type as this will dictate how you should care for your skin.

Cleansing Tips

Make sure you removes your makeup with a proper makeup remover. You have to determine your skin type and get a good cleanser that your skin reacts well. Besides, you have to find the correct oil mix so as not to clog or dry your skin. Only cleanse your skin at night and splash your skin in the morning with lukewarm water to remove excess oils. Avoid washing your face with hot or cold water as this can cause broken capillaries.

To loosen the dirt or clogged pores, the best way is to wash your face with warm water. Just apply a amount of the cleanser before rinsing with lukewarm water.

Exfoliating Tips

An important step in skin care but yet most women will skip this step in their skin care routine. Get a microdermabrasion cream or kit and exfoliate your skin at least once a week. Scrubbing helps to remove the top layer of dead skin cells and keeps your skin smooth and glowing. Always use a gentle scrub for application so as to avoid tearing of the skin.

Moisturizing Tips

Moisturizing is a basic principle of beauty. No matter which skin types you belong to, you must moisturize your skin. However, try not to overdo it as this can clog pores.

Applying Sunscreen Tips

Sunscreen is the last and most important step in your skin care routine. When you are going outdoor, you want to make sure that you use sunscreen to block the harmful rays of the sun from destroying your skin. Apply anti-aging sunscreen to your skin every morning. Ensure that the sunscreen that you used contains one of the following active ingredients – zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, or Parsol 1789 (avobenzene). Avoid using moisturizers with sunscreen at night and you should use sunscreen even on cloudy days.

Additional Tips For Healthy Skin
You should take Vitamin C on a regular basis as it enhances the rate of collagen production. Besides, Vitamin C regenerates Vitamin E in the skin that provides sustained antioxidant protection in the skin’s elastic fibers. Lastly, try to avoid smoke-filled rooms as much as possible because smoke can damaged your healthy skin too.

tips for oily skin-Oily Skin and Acne Breakouts
Oily skin doesn't necessarily cause acne, but it can be a contributor to breakouts if the skin isn't kept clean enough. Acne occurs when pores are invaded by dirt and oil, get clogged and breed bacteria. The bacteria in the pore causes swelling and the typical pimple is filled with pus, which is the body's attempt to fight infection using white blood cells. Keeping your skin clean and pores unclogged is one important way to prevent acne breakouts. And it all starts with the way you wash your face.

Skin Care and Makeup for Oily Complexions
Some people think that removing oil from the face is like washing it from dishes: they use the harshest soap and the hottest water to get their skin "squeaky clean". They never moisturize, and may even wipe their skin with alcohol to dry it out. The bad news is that if you treat your oily skin with harshness, it will redouble its efforts to protect itself—it will actually start to produce more oil to cope with what it feels are harsh environmental conditions! Wash your face, but use a gentle soap and lukewarm water, and don't rub or scrub. Treat your skin with love and compassion, and it will respond positively. Use an oil-free moisturizer to keep your skin protected, and protect it further by using a moisturizer that contains sunscreen. Keep the shine blotted down by using powdered mineral makeup, which is guaranteed to give you a matte finish without clogging pores. At the end of the day, remove your makeup with a gentle, alcohol-free toner, wash your face gently, and reapply moisturizer before bed.

Natural Beauty Product Suggestions for Oilier Skin
Oil free moisturizers usually contain glycerin and water, and some of the best products also contain tea extracts and oatmeal. Oatmeal has long been recognized as a soothing skin care product, and when used as a mask can brighten your skin without drying it out too much. Companies like Aveeno are making oatmeal based moisturizers and makeup that work wonderfully to care for the skin. Beauty tips columns always contain the oatmeal facial mask as a remedy for oily skin. Just puree oatmeal with a little water, wipe on the skin, allow to dry most but not all they way, and rinse off.

Luckily, caring for your oily skin has never been easier, since a tremendous range of products ensures that there's something for everyone. Treating oily skin is done at two levels; prevention and blemish control. Gentle treatment, the right oil-control makeup and proper nutrition can help prevent oily skin. Blemishes can be treated with tea tree oil or one of the natural remedies including green or white tea extract (powerful antioxidants) and skin calming oils such as lavender or chamomile.

Does diet and nutrition contribute to skin oils?
Some people think that chocolate or fatty foods can cause oily skin, and if you are allergic to a particular food, it may show up in the way your skin behaves. Chocolate has not been shown to increase skin oil or breakouts; in fact, dark chocolate contains antioxidants that are good for your brain and your body. But junk food like chips, high fat, high salt burgers and other fried foods may impact your skin as they do your entire body. If you're a junk food junkie and have oily skin or breakouts, take a month off from your favorite foods to see if your skin condition improves.

Antiaging therapy in the form of creams or lotions containing plant or milk acids often dry users' skins as the acids remove the top layer of skin cells from the complexion. Check out moisturizers containing alpha lipoic acid, which may decrease the oil in your skin after a short time of use.

Fashion, fashion history, nails, hair, and skin care are all great topics to help include all students. Even males should know about current and past fashion trends and what's considered beautiful/handsome/attractive. You can talk about the similarities in nail care between the sexes. Skin care is different for boys, so you can get into comparing. I know even at the middle school level hair is a big deal for a lot of boys. They go to a lot of effort to make their hair a representation of who they are.

Just try to have fun with them and encourage their opinions. It could also be a great way for boys and girls to better understand each other and share what's important to them in the opposite sex.

Good luck!

With blush, make sure you have the right brush and apply it with a light hand. NARS Orgasm Blush is a color that looks good on everyone. Apply with a light hand. Eyeshadows try different browns, especially chocolate tones. Browns and dark greens with copper or gold highlights are also a great choice. Apricots and taupes are good choices for highlighters. Dark purples, plums and metallics work too. Coppers and golds will make a really glamorous evening look for makeup tips for green eyes. I personally really like the way deep purples look with dark green eyes. Stay away from blues, pinks, and silvers. As far as eyeliner, stay away from black, it tends to overpower the green, stick with steel grays and chocolate browns.

You are both right. Confidence will make you more beautiful than anything and part of having confidence in oneself is not to be afraid to show the world your true self, flaws and all. A good personality and a winning smile can make a person much more beautiful than makeup ever could.

Honestly i see what your saying, But the last user who awnsered, Just because those girls wear juicy tracksuits doesnt mean their rich, Now come'on If they were rich why they go to public school. How do you know they didnt just go on ebay or a discount store and get that. People would judge me for being rich, Because i went to private school, And here and there i bought after school clothes that we're designer, And accused me of being a spoiled brat, I am not and was not , never will be i came from a working middle class family, Hey my parents could have bought me a way more tun of stuff with that 24,000 a year.

I personally don't like drugstore makeup, It clumps and it lumps bottom line on me, It looks terrible maybe on other people it looks good but i'd rather go to sephora and mac and go buy 200.00$ makeup, that statifys me, I still shop at normal clothing stores forever 21,juicy,ralph lauren,Abercrombie,Alloy, dehilas All those stores.

Honestly, ( to the user above me) If you talked to everyone of those girls parents you would see how their struggling,Their working, And they really cant afford what their daughters buy.

hair:
in my school, teased hair is popular.
hairstyles, such as this:
http://lfpress.ca/photos/225433d.jpg
http://discoveringhair.com/blog/curlycelebrities/lindseylohan_hair.jpg
to tease hair, you basically just comb it the opposite way you would comb your hair. from ends to root, instead of root to ends. get it as big as you like. if your hair is thinner, use lots of hairspray.

when you get your hair cut, ask for choppy layers and touch up on your side bangs. you should probably focus on growing out your hair. if you want the length without the wait, go to a beauty supply store and buy extensions matching your hair color PERFECTLY.

tanning is pretty big in high school.but if you dont want to tan, use some bronzer on your face to bring it alive.
Revlon Color Stay is a good foundation and covers every imperfection.
im into BIG lashes, so i use collosal mascara for that. but if you just want some color to the lashes, use maybelline great lash .
if you have lighter color eyes, use brown eyeliner. if you have hazel or brown eyes, use black liner. i use chapstick on the lips.

clothes:
skinny jeans are good.if you have a fuller figure, buy boot cut.
hollister and a&f are popular, but i dont like shopping there. i like buying my shirts from forever 21, wet seal, h&m, charlotte russe.all their shirts are cute.hollister and a&f have cute jeans though. flirty, flowy dresses look super cute with boots.

If you think you are ugly then you are ugly. If others think you are ugly…well good bet is that you are ugly. Some people just get screwed by genes; you might be an unlucky one. But hey, if you're ugly it can always be fixed with the right amount of money and know-how. On the other hand, if you don't have the money then you will just have to be ugly. But look yourself in the mirror. If you think you are ugly then you are ugly. If you want a boyfriend then aim for an ugly one too. I know it sounds harsh but that's just how the world works. Just take it in stride, baby!

I'm not really sure what exact wage you should ask for but just remember that if you ask for too much, you're taking advantage and if you ask for too little, you don't think enough of yourself. Ask for what you feel is appropriate and if you're out of line they'll probalbly give you and honest answer.

i like Maybelline New York Dream Matte Mousse Makeup the best. it is creamy and smooths on your skin well, it isnt quite a liquid concealer but it works like one, so the look you want without the mess of liquid foundation lol
hope i helped
i get red irritated skin alot and it seems to cover that well, just be careful when putting around your mouth because if you put too much on there then it can look weird because you see lines. =]
it also covers scars well

When putting on lipstick and gloss, moisturize your lips first

1. generously apply moisturizing chapstick to your lips
2. wait 3 minutes then apply lipstick
3. add on any color lip liner
4. finish off with a coat of lip gloss!!

*just for the kisses, make sure u get good lipstick and gloss so he wont get his lips made-over too!! =] *

ANOTHER TIP:
don't apply too much makeup if you dont wear it every day. if hes a real man, he likes you for who you are, not wat you look like !

GOOD LUCK!!!
